Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation - A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card or deposit. - Guests will receive a confirmation email with booking details.
2. Payment Terms - Full payment may be required at the time of booking, or a deposit may be required with the balance due at check-in. - Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer and cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made 1 to 7 days before arrival, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee (based on total booking amount, excluding airfare and transfers)
- Cancellation made 8 to 15 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee (based on total booking amount, excluding airfare and transfers)
- Cancellation made 16 to 59 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee (based on total booking amount, excluding airfare and transfers)
- Cancellation made 60 days or more before arrival: Full refund
- Cancellations due to Force Majeure: Full refund
4. Check-In/Check-Out - Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00NN. - Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
5. Modifications - Guests may modify their reservation subject to availability and may incur additional fees. - Changes in guest names may also be subject to a fee.
6. Special Requests - Special requests (e.g., room type, bed preference) are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
7. Liability - The resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings guests unless such incidents result directly from the intentional acts or gross negligence of the resort or its employees.
8. Amenities and Services - Resort amenities may be subject to hours of operation and availability. - Additional fees apply for services and other food and beverages.
9. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
10. Force Majeure - The guest/s or the resort is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, illness).
11. Acceptance of Terms - By completing a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
